Biography
Carrie Pankratz
Mrs. Pankratz is excited to be back in the classroom at GFA this year teaching Kindergarten. Previously, she taught second grade and fourth grade. She spent one year teaching third grade at a school closer to her home, but missed her GFA family and decided the longer commute was worth it.
Mrs. Pankratz has two children who attended GFA. When her oldest was in second grade, she saw the positive impact that his second grade teacher had on him. It was so transformative for him that it inspired her to go back to school to get her teaching degree. She graduated from Western Governors University in 2017 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and now holds a Professional Educator License for the state of Utah.
In her free time, she enjoys forcing her teenagers to hang out with her, going on walks with her husband, serving at her church, and planning vacations.
